Equipment Service
Office Products Inc. is proud to provide service for the equipment we sell, thanks to our staff of ten technicians. To ensure you receive the best possible solutions to your service needs, our copier service techs are factory-trained by Canon and attend regular sessions of both factory-site and virtual continuing education. Because of our tech training program, we are also authorized to handle warranty repairs for Brother and OkiData printers, and Fellows shredders. For other equipment (i.e. computers, networks, etc), our techs participate in virtual service training.
In order to efficiently serve you, we maintain a stock of over $150,000 in spare parts, perform preventative maintenance on every call, use a computerized service ticketing system, and strive to respond to calls within four hours of the request.
Maintenance Agreements: We are happy to offer maintenance agreements for Canon copiers to ensure the equipment that you purchase, lease or rent stays in top operating condition. A client could see a savings of 10-15% by placing his copier under a maintenance agreement versus paying on a 'per-call' basis. (Maintenance for leased or rental equipment can also be included in the agreement terms).
Computer Service
Our four computer service technicians are available to assist with your computer or network, either here in the store or at your location. We can repair software issues (i.e. viruses, spyware or Windows issues) as well as hardware failures.
A forty (40) hour 'pre-paid block time' option is also available for customers to purchase network and computer labor in advance at a discounted price.
Remote Access: Often our computer techs can resolve issues by remotely accessing your computer or network. If prompted to do so, access our Team Viewer for remote repairs by clicking here.
Cell Phones
We provide service for Android and iPhone cell phones and can repair problems such as broken screens or sticky buttons.
